The Empower Program is The Diwan’s flagship leadership initiative, designed to uplift the next generation of Arab changemakers and amplify their voices on the global stage. Through a selective cohort model, the program brings together outstanding young leaders from diverse academic, cultural, and professional backgrounds that are each committed to advancing dialogue, innovation, and cross-cultural understanding.

Empower provides participants with a platform to engage in high-level discussions, collaborate on regional and international initiatives, and contribute meaningfully to conversations shaping the future of the Arab world. Cohort members gain access to mentorship, thought-leadership opportunities, and avenues to represent their communities across global forums.
