Who We Are?

The Diwan is a youth-driven platform dedicated to cultivating the next generation of Arab leaders, thinkers, and innovators. First founded as a student initiative at Harvard University, The Diwan has grown into a regional community that brings together emerging talent with global experts, policymakers, and industry leaders.

Through high-impact programs, cross-cultural dialogue, and experiential learning, The Diwan creates space for young people to lead, contribute, and shape conversations that matter. Our work spans conferences, leadership forums, international collaborations, and university-based chapters that serve as hubs for engagement and opportunity.

At its core, The Diwan is a bridge that connects youth from the Arab world to one another and connects our region to global institutions, ideas, and networks. We believe that empowering young leaders today lays the groundwork for a more dynamic and influential Arab future.

Mission

To empower and elevate young leaders from the Arab world by providing platforms for dialogue, professional development, and global engagement. We aim to equip emerging changemakers with the skills, networks, and opportunities needed to contribute meaningfully to their communities and to inspire progress across the region.

Vision

To build a collaborative, globally connected Arab youth ecosystem that shapes ideas, drives innovation, and leads with purpose. We envision a generation of leaders who confidently represent the region on the world stage, foster cooperation across borders, and champion a future defined by excellence and positive impact.
