Hosted under the patronage of Kuwait’s Minister of Information, Culture, and State for Youth Affairs, Abdulrahman Almutairi, The Gulf Diwan was launched on the sidelines of Kuwait’s hosting of the Gulf Cup as a landmark cultural and youth-focused initiative by The Diwan.
The project featured a full event village of seven purpose-built domes, each dedicated to a different experience, from policy discussions and entrepreneurship panels to curated exhibitions, art galleries, and hands-on workshops. Over the course of the tournament, The Gulf Diwan welcomed 150+ speakers and thousands of visitors, creating a vibrant space for dialogue, creativity, and community engagement.
The Gulf Diwan set a new standard for public programming during major regional events, showcasing the power of youth-driven platforms in shaping culture, ideas, and collaboration across the Gulf.
